Still Haven’t Forgotten.

New Yorkers don’t forget. New Yorkers can’t forget.

I can not speak for the rest of the country. I hope they all feel the same way. But all I can say is that New Yorkers will never forget what 9/11 means.

I’m sure you can ask any adult what they were doing on 9/11 and they can tell you. But New Yorkers will give you the play by play of their day, with both pride and sadness.

My car is 10 years old, I didn’t notice.

I’m just not ready to throw money away on a new car just yet.

She doesn’t shine like she used to and her headlights are worn from ten years of sun exposure (since we do not have a garage). She does not have navigation or bluetooth; let alone CarPlay. To start her I actually have to put a key in the ignition.

First Days of School.

I definitely held my son’s schedule hostage until he let me take a picture of him.

In the Northeast all the kiddies went back to school this week. I officially have a 7th grader and a 4th grader.

When did this happen? It literally felt like just yesterday I was standing in our front yard with my son in his kindergarten shirt and my curly haired daughter still in daycare.

I quit.

Why I think I’m finally over social media.
